Heating has been a popular topic this week. I can confirm that the heating in Monnow House has had some problems, but an engineer was called earlier in the week, and this should now be fixed. The heating is also now on in the main school buildings. Please let us know of any further issues.
Computers – we understand that certain computers are quite slow. It would be very helpful if you could flag these issues up at the time of using the computers so that we can have a clearer idea of where the issues are.
School council – we have had lots of agenda items for school council including use of pronouns, lunch queues, locker rooms and toilets. These will all be discussed at school council.
Maintenance have been informed of the issue with the bathroom taps.
Email address – We would encourage you to put your email address in the concerns so that we can contact you directly. There have been some really good issues raised and it would be good to chat these through further with the people raising them.
As the boys will start using ‘The Student Voice’ shortly, it would be useful if you could start any message with MG to highlight that you are a girls’ school pupil.
