The Student Voice has been quite quiet recently. A few things have been raised though:
The LGBTQ+ notice board – this has now been updated.
Homework – teachers can give homework that is due in less than a week, but homework was also brought up at school council. If you have any particular issues, please raise this with your tutor in the first instance.
Positivity – We had a lovely post praising a teacher – always happy to read these.
Computers – the computers in Hammersley have been raised. I will pass this on to IT and also look into permissions for certain websites.
Tuck shop – prices have been highlighted as too expensive. We will look at this at food forum but feel free to bring your own snacks/drinks to school. The tuck has been underpriced last term so the prices have been raised. We also do not buy in bulk as supermarkets do so it is going to be more expensive that some shops.
